It is almost time to honor the one that raised you! (Or be honored, if you are the one doing the raising.) We know that our community is home to some of the best moms in the world, so we hope you will take the chance to honor them on and around May 14! We have found some great ways to pamper Mom this month nearby or here in East Cobb.
- Take a Culinary Trip – If your mom is a foodie or just loves a great festival, The Taste of Alpharetta is just near enough to Mother’s Day to make it a special Mom-honoring event. Sample the delicious food Alpharetta has to offer, listen to local bands play and enjoy cooking demonstrations and competitions. - Brunch Close to Home – If you aren’t up for making breakfast in bed for mom, try a brunch at our nearby favorite, Marlow’s Tavern in East Cobb, with convenient locations on Johnson’s Ferry and Shallowford Road.
- Pamper in Style – Join Mom or send her on a relaxing retreat to East Cobb’s favorite, Nail Eagle Salon. This month they are offering a free hand or foot paraffin treatment on Mother’s Day, when you purchase a manicure/pedicure combination. And in the month of May, get $5 added to your $50 gift card purchase.
